At Hotel Duke, we understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your scheduled check-in date:

1. Standard Cancellation (More than 15 Days Prior to Check-In):

If you cancel your reservation 15 days or more before your check-in date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be retained. The remaining 75% will be refunded.

2. Late Cancellation (15 to 8 Days Prior to Check-In):

Cancellations made between 15 days and 8 days before your check-in date will incur a fee of 50% of the booking amount. You will receive a 50% refund.

3. Short-Term Cancellation (8 to 7 Days Prior to Check-In):

Cancellations made 8 to 7 days before check-in will result in a 75% cancellation fee, with 25% of the booking amount refunded.

4. No Refund (7 Days or Fewer Prior to Check-In):

Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before check-in, including no-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice), will be charged 100% of the booking amount with no refund issued
